The objective of this course is to cover the underlying concepts of Operating System. This Syllabus provides a comprehensive introduction of Operating System, Process Management, Memory Management, File Management, I/O management, Protection and Security issues and case study of various operating systems.


This course describes the architecture, components, & operations of routers in larger & more complex networks. Topics include how to configure routers for advanced functionality, to configure & troubleshoot routers & resolve common issues with OSPF in both IPv4 & IPv6 networks. Other topics include the implementation & configuration of common data link protocols & how to apply WAN security concepts, principles of traffic, access control & addressing services. Students will learn methods to properly configure manage & troubleshoot from fundamentals to advanced routing technologies

 


The objective of this course is to provide basic concepts of Information Technology, its support and role in Management, for managers with practical hands on training required for office Automation including MS-Office software, Email, Internet and websites, domains and security therein.


To introduce concepts of graphics input and display devices.

The course entails to understand design issues of Advanced Operating systems, understand the architecture, kernel and file management of Unix operating system, understand basic concepts and need of Distributed operating systems and understand concepts and working of different advanced Operating systems like Multiprocessor OS, Real time OS, Mobile OS.
